Lastly, the only other concern is regarding your Powers. The Power itself is fine, but we'd like it if you could be more specific in some areas. We're first going to have to ask you to provide base numbers for Stockpile's abilities regarding physical strength and speed without any additions or reductions to his abilities. Staff needs this so that we can have a number of what his added/subtracted percentages come from when using his stockpiled energy. [break][break]

In addition to that, we're also going to ask you to add a post count number for when Stockpile is conserving up energy or using his stored energy. I'd like you to add something to the effect of this when mentioning his speed and lifting/attacking ability: [break][break]

"Stockpile's base speed capabilities without any reductions or additions is running at a speed of 30 mph. [break][break]

When in his state of saving energy, his body reduces its potential by 50%, making his max speed capability 15mph. [break][break]

He may use this negation for up to 5 posts so that he may access a 50% boost to his base speed for the same post count, thus making his new speed capability 45mph for 5 following posts."

You don't have to choose these specific numbers. However, his percentages and post counts should stay standard across the board of his abilities. These can be later changed when purchasing upgrades/items. [break][break]
